Where can I buy Forest Flames products?
How can I make sure my order has been confirmed?
Once you have completed the checking out process you will receive an email confirming your order. You will also be able to view your most recently placed order along with any other orders previously placed, in the 'Orders' section. You will need to sign in to your account to view your orders. This can be done by accessing the 'My Account' section.
Can I make an order from outside the UK?
Yes, you can. Just follow the checkout process as normal. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page and will be charged as part of your order. Other customs or import charges may apply based on the country we are delivering to. These charges will be charged separately where applicable.
What is your return policy?
Please refer to our return and refund policy for more information.
How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?
Follow the unsubscribe link from any emails you receive, or simply mark an email as spam. This should automatically remove you from the subscriber list. If you need further help with this please drop us an email - hello@forestflames.com
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times are calculated from the time an order ships to when it is delivered to you.
Standard delivery can take up to five working days to be delivered.
Express delivery can take up to three working days to be delivered.
Please note processing times can affect your delivery. We try to send orders out as soon as possible however this may not always be possible.
For standard delivery orders are processed within five working days.
For express delivery orders are processed the following working day.
